The Organization of Turkic States Development Programme (OTSDP) is the Committee on Economic Cooperation is formed in regard to the goals of sustainable economic growth and cooperation within member states. The committee looks to enhance trade, investment and economic development in the Turkic world. It will seek to enhance prosperity across the region by tackling issues such as infrastructure development, digital economy and sustainable development.

Objective: Developing a methodology aligned with the second quarter of the 21st century for determining treasury and fiscal policies, thereby strengthening the global economic cooperation of member states and establishing a robust budgetary and economic system.
